Participants examined key documents, timelines, and entry points to understand how and when to influence decisions that shape resource allocation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"878\">A core part of the workshop was <strong data-start=\"666\" data-end=\"708\">mainstreaming gender in county budgets<\/strong>.
